or dutiable (Worldwide Express Parcel) or call our hotline on 022782900 to check.
We can also advise you if your shipment is restricted or porhibited, check this
guide for list of restricted or prohibited commodities.
2. When sending Worldwide Express Parcel shipment, dutiable Super Box shipment
or Worldwide Express Freight shipment, you must provide a commercial invoice
(1 original plus 4 copies, all originally signed) this invoice must accompany
your shipment at time of pick-up.
3.Complete all the information in the DPEX Consignment note accurately and remember
to include a contact name and telephone number at your consignee address.
4.Ensure that your shipment is properly packed especially when sending fragile
or delicate items. Your contents must be able to absorb some shock impact and
should not be able to move around within the box or container.

account number ready and details of the consignment you are sending.
